HOW IT WORKS

PLANNING

Our team will discuss with the production team the needs of the job and then develop a plan that fits accordingly. The size of the crew, the type of the location and the length of the shoot will all be determining factors in our assesment.

PRE-CALL

Our team will take a pre-call and Insure all sets, stage, offices, and trailers are sanitizted before any crew or cast member enters. We will set up our testing and/or temperature check in station to insure everyone is practicing safety guidelines when they arrive.

CHECK-IN

Caution tape, cones and pop up tents will be set up in crew parking when everyone arrives. Everyone will be either tested or have their temperature checked. Once they test negative, then they will go in the crew van to set. If it is determined the crew member has a temperature or tests positive, they will be isolated and production will be notified.

MONITOR

Once we are on set we will oversee set operations with the 1st AD and producer to insure we are in compliance with all OSHA, IATSE, DGA, IATSE and SAG guidelines. We will oversee cleaning and sanitizing through the day. We’ll also help make sure everyone is wearing proper PPE.
